Ok, So it seems that more and more are making Skin packs, and several authors have told me that they secure the original author's permissions to use such files, be it  Visual Style, misc apps, etc...  

My question to the group is this, Allow Skin packs?

I think that If the skin pack authors can provide proof in the deviant description, say something like this..

Permission provided by (authorname/authoricon here)

Then that's good for me.  This way for those that want to check, they can simple click on the name/avatar and send a message.  Anyway, so allow Skin packs?
